As you can see in the options page the toolbar is fully customizable. You can choose the colors, use different effects to make it visible only when you need it, and also choose which buttons should compose it. But if like some users you want to completely hide it for any reason (e.g. you prefer to use keyboard shortcuts), all you have to do is to uncheck all the buttons.
When you click the "Loop video" button you can move the slider's handles to select a part of the video. When one of the handles has focus you can use the left and right arrows on your keyboard to adjust the position.
If you have configured Enhancer for YouTube™ to use the whole viewport for the enlarged video player when the cinema mode is not enabled, right-click the "Resize player" button to center the video within the viewport.
Here is a complete list of keyboard shortcuts for YouTube™ that work with all browsers. Depending on the browser you are using, keyboard shortcuts for Enhancer for YouTube™ may or may not be available and may or may not be modified. As of writing Firefox doesn't allow modifications and Edge doesn't support this feature at all. More info near the bottom of the options page (except for Edge).
Not much to say except that pressing the "Esc" key or clicking anywhere around the video when the cinema mode is enabled will disable it, you don't need to click the button on the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut.
If you want to be able to pin the detached video player visit the How to make a window stay always on top page. If you choose to override default playback speeds you will be able to control the speed of ads. Even if you don't add the "Speed" button to your toolbar, if you maintain the "Control" key (Ctrl) pressed you can use the mouse wheel to control playback speed when hovering the video player with the mouse cursor, and click on the player to use the default playback speed, which is perfect when watching a video in fullscreen and the toolbar is not visible. Enhancer for YouTube™ gives the focus back to the video player each time that you use the progress bar or the volume bar to permit you to use the default keyboard shortcuts (e.g. "space" to pause/play, left and right arrows to skip, etc...) without having to click on the player. You can quickly enable and disable filters if you maintain the "Control" (Ctrl) key and the "Shift" key pressed when you click on the player.
If you choose to automatically remove ads you will be able to whitelist your favorite channels. Using this feature is recommended to permit them to earn revenues from ads so that they can continue to produce great videos. To whitelist a channel you must type its name as it appears next to the channel icon (above the published date when you are on a video page, or above the number of subscribers when you are on the channel page). You can remove a channel from the whitelist at any time.
You can control the playback speed with the mouse wheel if you maintain the "Control" key (Ctrl) pressed, you can control the volume level with the mouse wheel if you you have enabled this feature, ads and annotations are removed if you choose to automatically remove them, the default volume level and the default playback speed (if you choose to override default playback speeds) are applied, and your preferred quality is selected if you have enabled this feature and if it is available. Note: Embedded videos can be controlled only if their "src" attribute starts with "https://" (some websites owners use "//").
